Should be studying but...

Well, it is Labor Day and I am completely wasting it. I really need to be working on my organic chemistry but I'm not. And why not you ask? Because I am a lazy bum. I just can't get motivated. This morning (as with all mornings) Squirt, my orange cat, woke me up at 7 o'clock to feed him a spoonful of his favorite wet cat food. I am not exaggerating when I say that he wakes me up every morning at 7. I don't even use an alarm clock anymore. Don't need it. Squirt gets me up no later than 7:05 every day. It's kind of neat that he is on such a precise schedule but I haven't slept in past 7 in months. What I did today however was at about 10 am, I laid down on the couch and dozed for about two hours. That's how I get around getting up so early. I don't know how squirt knows what time it is but he does. He is a pretty cool cat but sometimes a pain in the butt. And people wonder why I don't have children. I don't need a child to feel needed, I have a needy cat.

My First Blog

So, I decided to start this blog because I want to believe that I have something truly earth-shattering to say and that people will take time out of their daily lives to read it. However, in all actuality I won't be saying anything revolutionary at all. This will just be my mindless chatter that hopefully someone might find a little interesting and maybe my life experiences aren't so different from theirs.
